ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how flexibility in the legs can affect balance and stability in healthy people. Good balance is important for preventing injuries and performing well in sports and everyday activities. The researchers want to find out if more flexible legs help improve postural stability, which is how well someone can maintain their position without falling.
To participate in this study, you need to be between 18 and 25 years old and willing to volunteer. However, if you have certain medical conditions, like neurological or joint disorders, or if you've had an injury or surgery in the last year, you won't be eligible. If you decide to join, you can expect to take part in activities that will help the researchers learn more about the connection between flexibility and balance. This study is currently looking for volunteers, so if you're interested, it's a great opportunity to contribute to important research!
