ClinConnect Summary
The IMPROVA study is designed to improve mental health and well-being among adolescents by creating an online program that helps detect and prevent mental health issues early. This program will be tested in secondary schools across France, Germany, Romania, and Spain, involving around 6,000 adolescents, their parents, and school staff. The goal is to provide tools and support to help young people deal with challenges like anxiety, social isolation, and depression, while also empowering families and schools to promote better mental health in their communities.
To participate in the trial, adolescents enrolled in the selected schools, as well as their parents and teachers, are eligible. There are no strict exclusion criteria; everyone involved just needs to consent to participate. Participants can expect to engage with the eHealth platform, which is designed to be user-friendly and effective, and they will contribute to understanding how well this program works in improving overall mental health. The study also aims to gather valuable feedback so that the program can be improved and expanded for wider use in the future.
