ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at the nasal problems that can happen in babies and young children who are using a treatment called Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP). CPAP is often used to help babies breathe better, but it can sometimes cause issues with their noses. The goal of the study is to find out what these problems are and to come up with ways to reduce them, ensuring that babies receive the best care possible.
To participate in this trial, children must be between 1 day and 1 year old and have used CPAP. They will be assessed by ear, nose, and throat (ENT) specialists to check their nasal health. It’s important to note that the study is not yet recruiting participants, and children over 1 year old or adults cannot join. If your child is eligible, they may undergo some assessments to help researchers understand and improve the use of CPAP in young patients.
