ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how physical activity, functional ability, and overall health are affected in people with colorectal and anal cancer. The researchers are especially interested in those who deal with issues like fecal incontinence, which can impact daily life. They will use surveys to gather information about patients' quality of life and their experiences with cancer. As part of the study, they are also adapting and validating specific questionnaires that help assess how cancer affects patients in Hungary.
If you are an adult aged 18 to 80 and have been diagnosed with colorectal or anal cancer, you may be eligible to participate. However, individuals with certain conditions, such as severe muscular or psychiatric disorders, or those who have had recent surgeries, cannot join the study. Participants can expect to share their experiences through questionnaires, which will help improve understanding of how cancer impacts quality of life and inform future patient care. This study is currently recruiting participants, and all genders are welcome.
