To take part in the study, you need to be at least 18 years old and not currently pregnant. If you have a body mass index (BMI) over 40 or have recently practiced yoga or similar activities frequently, you won't be eligible. • • Practiced yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, or a mindfulness-based therapy program 2 times or more in the past month or 10 times in the past year
