ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how yoga and motor control exercises can help people who have chronic neck pain. Chronic neck pain means that the pain has been ongoing for at least three months and is not linked to a specific injury. The trial aims to find out if these exercises can reduce pain intensity, improve function, and change how people think about their pain.
To be part of the trial, participants need to be between 65 and 74 years old and must have neck pain that is not caused by a specific injury or recent surgery. However, those with certain medical conditions, like serious spine issues or neurological diseases, or who are currently pregnant, cannot participate. If someone joins the trial, they can expect to engage in yoga and exercises designed to improve their neck strength and control. This study is not yet recruiting participants, so those interested will need to wait for further announcements.
