ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how dairy cheese and vegan cheese affect feelings of fullness (satiety) and blood sugar levels after eating. The researchers want to see how these two types of cheese compare when healthy young adults eat them freely, meaning as much as they want. They will also look at other factors, like how participants feel in terms of energy and comfort after eating, and how their bodies burn calories.
To participate in this study, you need to be a healthy young adult. However, some people won't be able to join, such as those who skip breakfast regularly, smoke, are underweight, overweight, or have certain health issues like diabetes. If you're lactose intolerant or have food allergies, you also won't be eligible. Participants can expect to eat cheese and share their experiences, helping researchers learn more about the health effects of dairy and dairy-free cheeses.
