ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how different training methods can improve nurses' skills in using evidence-based practices (EBP) and their ability to make clinical decisions. The researchers want to find out whether nurses who take part in an online education program or those who read an educational booklet will have higher competency and decision-making skills regarding EBP. They will compare the results from both groups to see which method is more effective.
Nurses who work in inpatient wards and agree to participate in the study may be eligible. Participants will fill out some questionnaires about their skills before and after the education program or booklet. Those in the online program will engage with the material 20 days after the session, while those using the booklet will do the same after reading it. This study is important because it aims to find the best ways to support nurses in providing high-quality care based on the latest research.
