ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring the need for a digital solution called Deneo Kid that could help children with disabilities, their families, and healthcare professionals communicate better and manage health care more effectively. Many children with chronic conditions see multiple providers and often experience gaps in their rehabilitation care. The goal of this project is to understand how a shared digital platform could meet the needs of children aged 11 to 25, their families, and professionals in areas like rehabilitation, education, and leisure.
Eligible participants include health and social care professionals who work with children with disabilities, decision-makers in healthcare settings, and young people aged 11 to 25 who have had disability-related rehabilitation. Those interested will take part in interviews conducted over Zoom, where they can share their thoughts and experiences regarding this potential digital tool. The insights gathered will help shape the development of the Deneo Kid application, aiming to improve the care and support provided to children with disabilities.
