ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how two specific tests, designed to measure shoulder stability and endurance, relate to each other in healthy young adults. The tests are commonly used in athletes, but researchers want to see how they work for people who are less active. By understanding this relationship, they hope to improve how these tests can be used for everyone, not just athletes.
To participate in this study, you need to be a healthy young adult between the ages of 18 and 25 and willing to volunteer. However, if you’ve had any injuries to your upper body in the past six months or are moderately active, you won’t be eligible to join. Participants will take part in both tests, and the study aims to see how well these tests can assess shoulder strength and stability in different groups of people. It’s a great opportunity to contribute to research that could benefit many others!
