ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how well healthy adults can perform physical activities and what factors influence their overall fitness. The researchers want to gather information to create standard measurements of fitness levels in people who are healthy. This data will help better understand cardiorespiratory fitness, which relates to how well your heart and lungs work together during exercise.
To be eligible for this study, you should be between 18 and 65 years old and willing to participate. You should also be able to walk and move around easily. However, if you have any serious health issues, such as problems with your heart, lungs, or muscles, or if you've had surgery in the past six months, you won't be able to join. If you do participate, you can expect to take part in various fitness tests that will help researchers gather the information they need while ensuring your safety throughout the study.
