ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is investigating how different methods of cleaning teeth during root canal treatment affect pain levels after the procedure and the amount of debris that gets pushed out of the tooth. The four cleaning techniques being tested are LASER activation, sonic activation, ultrasonic activation, and passive needle irrigation. Participants will share their pain levels before and after the treatment, which will help researchers understand how these techniques influence both pain and debris movement.

To be eligible for this trial, participants must be between 18 and 50 years old, have lower molars with painful irreversible pulpitis (a condition where the tooth's nerve is inflamed and causing pain), and not have any serious health issues or conditions that could affect their immune system. If you choose to participate, you can expect to describe your pain levels at scheduled times during the study. This trial is currently looking for volunteers, and your involvement could help improve dental treatments for others in the future.
