ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is looking at how visiting green areas, like parks or nature spots, affects the tiny microorganisms living in our bodies, known as the microbiome. Researchers want to see if spending time in nature can change our microbiome and if different factors in our lives—such as health, lifestyle, and living environment—play a role in these changes. Participants will visit a green space, provide samples of their microbiome before and after the visit, and fill out questionnaires about their health and lifestyle.

Anyone from 4 years old and up who is generally healthy can join this study. There are no strict rules about who can or cannot participate, so if you’re interested and meet the age requirement, you might be eligible. If you take part, expect to spend some time outdoors, share your experiences, and help researchers learn more about how nature impacts our health. This study is currently looking for participants, so it’s a great opportunity to contribute to important research!
