ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring how physical exercise might affect certain health markers in individuals diagnosed with schizophrenia. The researchers want to see if exercise can help improve inflammation in the body, which is thought to be related to mental health. The study is currently looking for participants who are 18 years or older and have a diagnosis of schizophrenia, while those with other serious health issues or who are pregnant cannot join.
If you or someone you know qualifies for this study, participating could involve engaging in an exercise program while the researchers monitor various health indicators. This could be a great opportunity to contribute to understanding how physical activity may benefit mental health for those with schizophrenia. The trial is open to all genders and aims to include a diverse group of participants.
