Unfortunately, those with certain other health issues or who are taking specific medications that can affect hearing won't be able to take part.

If you join the trial, you will undergo various tests to assess your hearing and balance. This could help researchers learn more about fibromyalgia and improve understanding and treatment for everyone affected by this condition, especially women who are often more severely impacted. Your participation could contribute valuable information to the ongoing study of fibromyalgia and its effects.

Eligibility criteria

• • 1. Inclusion criteria: - Age: 15-50 years.
• • Sex: Male \& Female.
• • Patients with fulfilling the criteria for the diagnosis of FM
• • 2. Exclusion criteria: Patients not fulfilling the criteria for the diagnosis of FM.
• • Other causes of SNHL as Meniere's disease.
• • Other causes of Conductive hearing loss (CHL) as chronic suppurative otitis media CSOM.
• • Other causes of collagen and connective tissue diseases.
• • Abnormal EMG.
• • Abnormal radiological studies of the brain.
• • Patients are receiving of ototoxic drugs.
