ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how an adapted exercise program can help people with hemophilia improve their physical abilities. The program includes exercises that focus on improving joint movement, muscle strength, balance, and coordination. Participants will attend sessions for one hour, two times a week, over a period of six months. The main goal is to see how much their walking ability improves after three and six months, measured by a simple walking test.
To join the study, participants need to have a diagnosis of hemophilia A or B and a medical certificate allowing them to engage in non-competitive activities. They must also agree to participate by signing an informed consent form. However, individuals who are currently experiencing bleeding, have severe joint problems, or certain health conditions (like heart or lung disease) may not be eligible. This trial is an exciting opportunity for those who qualify to potentially enhance their physical health through a structured exercise program.
