ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring the effects of an immersive virtual reality program designed to encourage physical activity and improve overall health. Immersive virtual reality uses special headsets to create a realistic, engaging environment where participants can exercise in a fun way. The goal is to see if this technology can help people stick to their exercise routines over time while making the experience enjoyable, which could lead to better health outcomes.
To participate in this study, you must be a university student, have medical permission to engage in physical activity, and be willing to sign an informed consent form. Unfortunately, if you have any physical or mental conditions that prevent you from exercising, vision issues that make it hard to use the virtual reality equipment, or if you are a professional athlete or pregnant, you won’t be eligible to join. If you decide to participate, you can expect to take part in a physical exercise program that uses this innovative technology and helps researchers understand how it can improve health and fitness in a fun and interactive way.
