ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how a specific exercise program can help women who experience urinary incontinence, especially after childbirth. The research aims to find out if this program can reduce incontinence and improve pelvic floor health in women who have given birth using various methods, including natural delivery, cesarean section, or assisted deliveries with tools like vacuum extractors and forceps.
To participate in the trial, women must have urinary incontinence and should be between the ages of 18 and 50. They can be either pre-menopausal or post-menopausal, and they should have had a recent childbirth. However, women who do not have urinary incontinence, have had irregular menstrual cycles, or have certain medical conditions will not be eligible. Participants will take part in the exercise program and will be compared to a control group of healthy women to see how effective the program is. This trial is currently looking for volunteers, and it could be a great opportunity for women seeking help with this common issue.
