ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is focused on creating and testing a Turkish version of a questionnaire that helps assess how ready individuals with chronic health conditions are to use digital health tools. Digital health tools include things like health apps and online services that can help manage diseases such as diabetes, heart issues, and obesity. The goal is to ensure that this questionnaire is both accurate and reliable for Turkish-speaking patients, which is important for managing their health effectively.
To participate in this study, you must be over 18 years old, a native Turkish speaker, and have conditions like obesity, diabetes, or heart and respiratory diseases. Participants should be able to understand and respond to the survey without any significant cognitive issues. If you join the trial, you will help researchers understand how well Turkish speakers can engage with digital health resources, which can lead to better support for managing chronic diseases in the future.
