ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a program designed to create smoke-free homes in rural tribal communities. The goal is to help reduce exposure to secondhand smoke from commercial tobacco, which can lead to serious health issues like cancer. By making homes smoke-free, the program aims to protect families from harmful smoke and also encourage smokers to quit. This initiative is especially important for Indigenous populations, who often face higher risks related to tobacco use.
To participate in this trial, you need to be at least 18 years old, either smoke yourself or live with someone who does, and currently live in a home that is not smoke-free. The trial is open to all genders, and they are actively looking for participants. If you qualify and choose to join, you can expect to receive support and resources to help create a healthier living environment for you and your family. It’s a great opportunity to make a positive change for your health and the health of your loved ones.
