This clinical trial is looking into recurrent pneumonia in children, which means it focuses on understanding why some kids get pneumonia multiple times. Pneumonia is a lung infection that can make it hard for children to breathe and can lead to serious health issues. The study will analyze the characteristics and risk factors that might lead to these repeat infections in children who visit a specific hospital.

To be eligible for this study, children must be between 1 month and 18 years old and have had at least two episodes of pneumonia within the last year, or three episodes at any time, with clear signs of recovery in between. Unfortunately, children with certain health conditions, such as cancer or specific immune deficiencies, won't be able to participate. If families choose to join, they can expect to provide information about their child's health history and may participate in follow-up visits to help researchers gather important data. This study is not yet recruiting participants, but it aims to improve understanding and treatment of recurrent pneumonia in kids.

Eligibility criteria

• Inclusion Criteria:
• • • All children more than 1 month and less than 18 years of age
• • All cases presented by picture of recurrent pneumonia in the form of as at least two episodes of pneumonia in one year or three episodes ever, with radiographic clearing of densities in between.
• Exclusion Criteria:
• • • All children less than 1 month and more than 18 years
• • Evidence of malignancies
• • Evidence of congenital immune deficiency
• • Cases refusing to participate in research.
• • Cases missed for follow up.
