ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking into digital addiction, particularly how it affects university students. Researchers want to understand how factors like physical activity, body awareness, and even things like stress and sleep quality relate to internet addiction. The goal is to find out how common this issue is among students and what might influence it, helping to improve overall well-being for young adults.
To participate, you need to be a university student aged 18 or older and have been using a smartphone for at least a year. Unfortunately, if you're under 18, or if you have certain medical conditions like serious mental health issues or injuries to your arms, you won't be able to join. If you choose to participate, you can expect to answer questions about your smartphone use and how it relates to your daily life, including your physical health and emotional well-being. This research could help identify ways to support students in managing their digital habits better.
