If you choose to participate, you can expect to answer questions about your smartphone use and how it relates to your daily life, including your physical health and emotional well-being. This research could help identify ways to support students in managing their digital habits better.

Eligibility criteria

• Inclusion Criteria:
• • University students aged 18 and over
• • Those who have been using smartphones for more than a year
• Exclusion Criteria:
• • People under the age of 18,
• • Those diagnosed by a doctor with any musculoskeletal, rheumatic, neurological, cardiovascular system diseases or diagnosed with a mental disorder, sleep disorder such as narcolepsy or addiction to alcohol, substances, etc.
• • Those with any history of injury or surgery in the upper extremity
