This clinical trial is looking at a new device called the Aortoseal Endostapling System, which is designed to help securely attach a special type of graft (a tube used to repair blood vessels) to the wall of the aorta in patients with an abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA). An AAA is a condition where the aorta, the main blood vessel supplying blood to the body, becomes enlarged and can be at risk of bursting. The trial is currently recruiting participants aged 65 to 74 who either have a qualifying AAA that can be treated with an endovascular graft or have already received one in the past.

• • Subjects diagnosed with a qualifying AAA suitable for elective endovascular repair with Endovascular Graft System or have a previously placed endovascular graft.
