ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking to find out the best way to encourage parents to get the HPV vaccine for their children aged 11 to 17. The study will compare three different types of videos: one that provides general information about the HPV vaccine, one that shares personal stories from people who have received the vaccine, and a combination of both types. By seeing which video works best, the researchers hope to improve the number of adolescents getting vaccinated against HPV, which can help prevent certain cancers.
To participate in this study, parents must have children between the ages of 11 and 17 who have not yet received the HPV vaccine. Unfortunately, parents whose children are already vaccinated will not be included. Participants will be asked to watch the videos and complete a survey about their experience. This study is not currently recruiting participants, but it aims to gather valuable insights on how to better communicate the importance of the HPV vaccine to families.
