ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at a combination of two types of exercises to help people with chronic neck pain and issues with their shoulder blade movement, known as scapular dyskinesis. The goal is to see if these exercises can improve neck pain, shoulder function, the position of the shoulder blades, and the strength of the muscles around them.
To participate in this trial, you need to be between 18 and 40 years old and have been diagnosed with chronic neck pain that has lasted for at least three months. You should have a certain level of neck disability, as measured by a questionnaire, and meet specific body weight guidelines. However, there are some people who cannot join, such as those who have had neck surgery or certain other medical conditions. If you decide to participate, you can expect to engage in different exercise routines designed to help relieve your symptoms and improve your overall neck and shoulder function.
