This study is testing a computer-based tool built into the clinics’ electronic records to help HIV programs keep people from missing appointments and to improve how well HIV is controlled. The main goals are to see if this approach reduces missed visits and improves the proportion of patients with suppressed HIV viral load. The study is ongoing and results are not yet available, with an estimated completion in late 2026.

Eligibility criteria

• Inclusion Criteria:
• • The study will include adult patients (age 18 and over) receiving HIV care through the AMPATH program in Eldoret, Kenya. There is not a patient-level enrollment process. The primary endpoints will be summarized at the clinic level (e.g., proportion of patients who keep an appointment within 7 days of the scheduled appointment).
