ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how a yoga program can help improve the quality of life for women with breast cancer who are receiving endocrine therapy. The researchers want to find out if participating in yoga can reduce joint pain and lessen symptoms like hot flashes and night sweats. To do this, they will compare two groups of women: one group will take part in a 60-minute online yoga class four times a week for four weeks, while the other group will continue their regular exercise routines as advised by their doctors.
To be eligible for this trial, participants need to be women over 18 who have been diagnosed with breast cancer and have just started endocrine therapy. They should also have completed any necessary surgery and chemotherapy or radiation treatment. However, women over 70, those with advanced cancer, or anyone who has a serious health issue that makes it hard to do yoga will not be able to join. If you participate, you'll fill out a couple of questionnaires to assess your health and well-being before and after the yoga program, helping researchers understand its impact.
