ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how cryotherapy, which is a treatment that uses cold to help with muscle recovery, affects the properties of muscles in healthy people. The researchers want to understand how cryotherapy might change muscle strength and how muscles work right after the treatment.
To be eligible to participate in the study, you need to be between 18 and 35 years old and willing to take part. However, if you have had surgery on your lower leg or foot, you won’t be able to join. If you do participate, you can expect to undergo some assessments to measure your muscle strength and how well your muscles are activated after receiving cryotherapy. The trial is not yet recruiting participants, so it's a great opportunity to learn more about the effects of cold therapy on muscle health.
