ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how activities in nature and games can improve the happiness, spiritual well-being, cognitive abilities, and overall health of older adults living in nursing homes. The researchers want to see if spending time outdoors and engaging in fun, interactive games can make a positive difference in how these individuals feel and function.
To participate, older adults must be at least 65 years old, have lived in a nursing home for at least six months, and be able to communicate and cooperate. However, those with certain health issues, like severe physical disabilities or significant cognitive impairments such as dementia, will not be included in the study. Participants can expect to take part in various nature and game activities, and the researchers will monitor any changes in their happiness and health throughout the trial. This study aims to find out if these enjoyable activities can help enhance the quality of life for older people in nursing homes.
