ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new way to help people with bronchial asthma breathe better. Researchers want to see if a technique called "alternative nostril breathing," used alongside regular asthma medications, can improve symptoms like shortness of breath and overall breathing control in patients. This trial is open to adults between the ages of 18 and 45 who have mild to moderate asthma and experience some difficulty breathing.
Participants in the study will practice this breathing technique and continue taking their prescribed medications. It’s important to note that individuals with severe asthma symptoms or other serious health issues may not be eligible to join. If you or someone you know is interested in participating, the trial is currently recruiting, and it could offer a chance to explore a new approach to managing asthma symptoms.
