ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying how Pilates, Yoga, and Tai Chi exercises can help improve balance, walking ability, and overall mobility in people with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). The researchers want to see if these exercises can also reduce feelings of fatigue in patients. This study is open to all adults over 18 years old who have been diagnosed with MS, but participants should have a specific level of disability (a score of 3.5 or less on a scale measuring disability). It’s important that they are also receiving their usual medical treatment for MS.

If you or a family member are considering participating, you should know that the trial is not yet recruiting. Eligible participants will be referred by a neurologist and will need to meet certain criteria, such as not having any recent severe flare-ups of MS or other serious medical conditions. If chosen, participants can expect to take part in exercise sessions and contribute to understanding how these activities might help improve their daily lives.
