ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying how effective five different educational strategies are in helping people recognize the early symptoms of stroke, especially in Spanish-speaking communities. The strategies—named RAPIDO, CORRE, DALE, CAMALEON, and ICTUS 911—are designed to teach participants what to look for when someone may be having a stroke and why it's important to call for emergency help right away. Participants will attend a short training session on one of these strategies and will complete a survey before and after the training to see how much their awareness has improved.

To join the study, participants need to be at least 18 years old, fluent in Spanish, and willing to give their consent to participate. They should not have had a stroke before or have any cognitive difficulties that would prevent them from understanding the training. Participants will be asked to complete two surveys—one before the training and one about a week later—to measure their understanding of stroke symptoms. It's important for participants to attend both evaluations and stay committed to the study, as those who miss follow-ups or choose to withdraw will not be included in the final results.
