This clinical trial is looking at how the Chilipad Dock Pro Bed Cooling System and Sleep Tracker can improve sleep quality and overall well-being. The study will last for 35 days, during which participants will use the cooling system while sleeping and provide feedback about their sleep experiences. The goal is to see if adjusting the temperature of their sleeping environment can help them sleep better and feel healthier.

To be eligible for this trial, you need to be a recent customer of Sleep.me, live in the United States, and be between the ages of 76 and 70. However, certain individuals are excluded, such as those with severe insomnia, serious allergies or skin conditions, or those who frequently travel across time zones. Participants will have a simple role: set up the device, sleep, and share their thoughts on how well they slept throughout the study. • Exclusion Criteria:
• • Individuals with severe insomnia
• • Individuals with severe allergies or skin conditions
• • Individuals with pacemakers or implanted medical devices
• • Individuals with severe anxiety or stress disorders
• • Pregnant individuals
• • Individuals who travel across timezones frequently and/or sleep in their own bed less than 21 days in a month.
• • Individuals with incontinence issues
• • Individuals with severe mobility issues.
