ClinConnect Summary
The Integrative Adolescence Research Programme (IARP) is a study focused on understanding how various factors, like lifestyle choices and physical growth, affect the health of teenagers. Researchers want to learn more about how these factors can influence mental and physical health during adolescence, which is a crucial time for development. By doing this, they hope to find ways to help young people lead healthier lives and address any challenges they may face.
To participate in this study, teens must be between 13 and 15 years old and currently enrolled in a Ministry of Education registered school in Singapore, and they should also be part of a related study called DREAMS. If eligible, participants can expect to share information about their daily lives and experiences, helping researchers gather valuable insights. This study is currently looking for volunteers, and it aims to improve the well-being of adolescents in Singapore and support them in reaching their full potential.
