ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying a new balance training program that uses augmented reality (AR) technology to help patients who have balance issues due to conditions like strokes or neurodegenerative diseases. The goal is to see if this AR system is easy to use, safe, and if it actually helps improve balance. Participants will attend sessions at Vall d'Hebrón Hospital, where they will work with a physiotherapist three times a week for four weeks. If they do well, they may continue practicing at home with the support of a training partner for an additional two weeks.

To join the trial, participants need to be at least 18 years old and have some difficulty with balance. They should be able to stand for two minutes without help and have some experience using technology, like laptops or smartphones. It's important that they don’t have serious safety or cognitive issues that could prevent them from participating. If you're interested in helping with this important research, this could be a great opportunity to improve your balance with new technology!
