ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is looking at how two different approaches—Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)—can help new mothers who are breastfeeding. The focus is on understanding how these methods might help reduce feelings of depression and fatigue during the challenging postpartum period when mothers are adjusting to new changes in their lives. This study is currently recruiting women aged 19 to 35 who have had a cesarean section and are new mothers breastfeeding their babies.

If you or someone you know meets these criteria, participating in the trial could provide support during this significant time. Participants can expect to take part in sessions that aim to improve their mental well-being and overall experience of motherhood. It’s important to note that the study is specifically for women who are willing to take part; those who choose not to participate will not be included. This trial could be a valuable opportunity for mothers looking for support during the postpartum period.
