ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking to create a new computer-based system that can help measure how well people can move their jaw, neck, and shoulders, especially for those who have had treatment for oral cancer. The researchers will use advanced technology to track these movements and compare the results to traditional methods to see how accurate the new system is. This is particularly important for patients who experience difficulties with movement after treatments, such as surgery or radiation.
To participate in this study, you should be between 20 and 65 years old and either be a healthy adult or someone who has oral cancer with movement issues like limited jaw opening (called trismus) or neck and shoulder problems after treatment. Unfortunately, if you have any conditions that could affect your ability to move or communicate, you may not be eligible. If you join the study, you will help researchers understand how to better assess and support patients with these challenges.
