ClinConnect Summary
The 30-Day MoonBrew Sleep & Stress Study is looking to understand how taking a dietary supplement called MoonBrew each evening for a month can improve sleep quality and reduce stress levels. Poor sleep and high stress are common issues that can affect our overall health, so this study seeks to provide scientific evidence on a natural way to help with these problems. Participants will share their experiences through simple surveys, and there is no need for any special health devices during the trial.
To be eligible for this study, you need to be based in the U.S. and between the ages of 76 and 70, and you should not have any allergies to mushrooms or adaptogens, which are natural substances often used to help the body manage stress. The study is not yet recruiting participants, but it aims to gather valuable insights that could benefit many people looking for better sleep and lower stress through a natural approach.
