ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is focused on improving the skills of healthcare providers who care for children in Tanzania. The researchers want to see if combining online learning with hands-on practice can help these providers learn better and perform their skills more effectively. Specifically, they will compare two groups: one group will use an interactive online platform called Rhapsode Capable™ for their training, while the other group will use traditional paper-based methods. The goal is to find out if the online platform leads to better learning outcomes and fewer mistakes during practical training sessions.

To participate in this study, healthcare providers need to be actively involved in pediatric care at selected healthcare centers and have completed initial online training modules. They must also be willing to join in-person practice sessions with experienced mentors, known as clinical champions. Participants will engage in online learning about important topics like newborn care and severe illnesses, followed by hands-on practice where they will receive feedback. This trial is not yet recruiting participants, but it aims to enhance pediatric care by equipping healthcare providers with the skills they need to better support children in their communities.
