ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how aerobic exercise compares to digital cognitive behavioral therapy for treating insomnia in university students. Insomnia is a condition where people have trouble sleeping, and the researchers want to see if exercising regularly can help improve sleep quality and reduce feelings of anxiety, depression, and stress, just like the digital therapy does. Participants in the trial will be divided into two groups: one group will do aerobic exercise, while the other will receive digital therapy. Both groups will fill out questionnaires to measure their insomnia severity, sleep quality, and other related feelings.
To join the study, participants must be at least 18 years old, have a certain level of insomnia, and not be physically active. However, those who do not follow the study rules or are shift workers will not be eligible. If you decide to participate, you can expect to engage in either exercise or therapy and complete some surveys about your sleep and emotional well-being. This trial is currently recruiting participants, so it could be a great opportunity for those struggling with insomnia to explore new ways to improve their sleep.
