- • Antibiotic treatment.
- • Pregnancy.
- • Clinical diagnoses of Inflammatory bowel disease.
- • Clinical diagnosis of Celiac disease
- • Clinical diagnosis of Hematological pathologies.
- • Clinical diagnosis of Autoimmune or immunodeficiency diseases.
- • Treatments with opioids, prokinetics, laxatives, antispasmodics, NSAIDs and proton pump inhibitors (PPIs).
