This clinical trial is studying the experiences and healing processes of women who have suffered from incest or rape. The goal is to understand how specific therapy sessions can help these women regain a sense of control and awareness over their bodies and emotions. If eligible women choose to participate, they will complete a special questionnaire designed for the study, and then they can take part in six personalized therapy sessions. These sessions, which last about 45 minutes and occur every couple of weeks, use various techniques to help participants explore their feelings and experiences in a safe environment.

To be eligible for this study, women must be over 18 years old, have experienced incest or rape, and be able to speak and understand French. Throughout the trial, participants will receive support and guidance, and they will complete the questionnaire again at the end to see if the therapy has helped them in any way. The study is currently looking for volunteers, and it aims to make a positive impact on the lives of those who have faced such challenging experiences.
