ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how a specific treatment can help heal certain dental problems involving both the roots of teeth and the surrounding gums. The goal is to see if using a special technique called guided tissue regeneration, along with a treatment made from patients' own blood and placental tissue, can improve healing and the overall quality of life for individuals with these issues. Many have found success with similar treatments, but this is the first study to explore this particular combination.
To participate in the trial, you need to be at least 16 years old and have had problems like deep gum pockets or issues with previous root canal treatments. However, if you have certain conditions like fractures in the tooth roots, pregnancy, or more serious health issues, you won't be eligible. If you join, you can expect to receive care that aims to help your dental health while also assessing how it impacts your daily life. The study is currently recruiting participants, so there is an opportunity to help advance dental treatment options.
