ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how anti-gravity treadmill training can help people who have a meniscus tear, which is an injury to a part of the knee. The researchers want to see if using this special treadmill, which reduces the impact on the knees, can improve symptoms and help patients regain better function. The trial has not started recruiting participants yet, but when it does, it will accept individuals aged 18 to 40 years old who have been diagnosed with a meniscus tear through an MRI.
To participate in the trial, individuals should not have had any previous knee surgeries or other knee ligament injuries, and they should not have any neurological disorders that could affect their ability to participate. If you qualify and decide to join, you can expect to go through specific training sessions on the anti-gravity treadmill, with the aim of helping you feel better and move more easily. It’s an exciting opportunity to explore a new approach to recovery from a meniscus tear!
