ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying two different treatments for a condition called Upper Cross Syndrome (UCS), which often affects people who work a lot at computers, like IT professionals. The researchers want to find out whether a method called Neuromuscular Reeducation or a technique called Post Facilitation Stretch can help improve symptoms of UCS, such as neck and shoulder pain.

To be eligible for this trial, you need to be an IT professional aged between 20 and 40 years who has been diagnosed with UCS and has been experiencing pain for at least two months. You should also be working at least 4 to 6 hours a day. However, if you have a history of neck injuries or fractures, you would not qualify for this study. If you decide to participate, you will receive one of the two treatments and will be monitored to see how well it works. This study is currently recruiting participants, so it’s a great opportunity to potentially find relief from your symptoms while contributing to important research.
