ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying whether a specific type of exercise, called close kinetic chain exercises, can help improve muscle strength, joint position sense, and the overall quality of life for children with hemophilia. The researchers want to see if these exercises can make a positive difference in how children with this condition feel and function, compared to not doing these exercises at all.
To participate in the trial, children must be between 5 and 7 years old, receive regular preventive treatment for their hemophilia, and be able to stand and walk on their own. They should also be able to follow instructions during the evaluations and treatments. However, children will not be eligible if they have certain issues, like problems with their vision or hearing, serious joint or bone problems, recent surgeries, or bleeding in their joints before the assessments. The trial is not yet recruiting participants, but when it starts, children who qualify can expect to take part in a program that focuses on exercise and monitor how it affects their strength and well-being.
