The Student Wellness and Emotional Growth Resiliency (SWAG-R) Program is a research study designed to help undergraduate students at NSU manage feelings of anxiety, depression, and stress. This trial offers a free, six-week online coaching program aimed at improving mental well-being and teaching healthy ways to cope with life's challenges. The program is currently looking for participants who are 18 years or older and are enrolled as undergraduate students at NSU.
If you decide to join, you can expect to participate in online sessions that focus on building emotional resilience and enhancing your quality of life. However, please note that students who are currently receiving mental health treatment, those with serious mental health issues, or students under 18 years old are not eligible to participate. This program provides an opportunity for students to learn valuable skills in a supportive environment, all at no cost.

- Inclusion Criteria:
- • Currently matriculating NSU undergraduate students (ages 18+)
- Exclusion Criteria:
- • Students who are not current NSU undergrads, participants aged 17 and younger, students who are currently enrolled in psychotherapy or mental health services, or students with acute mental health needs (e.g., psychosis, active alcohol or substance use problems, suicidality)
