ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how a special mobile breathing exercise device, called the AirOFit PRO™, can help improve breathing and daily activities for people with ankylosing spondylitis, a type of arthritis that affects the spine and may also lead to respiratory issues. The goal is to determine if personalized breathing exercises using this device can strengthen the respiratory muscles and enhance patients' overall function and quality of life.
To participate in the study, individuals must be over 18 years old and have been receiving stable medical treatment for ankylosing spondylitis for at least six months. Participants should not have any other serious lung conditions or engage in regular exercise routines. Those who join the trial can expect to take part in guided breathing exercises and may experience improvements in their breathing capacity and daily activities. The trial is currently looking for volunteers, so if you or someone you know meets the criteria, it could be a great opportunity to contribute to important research.
