ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how a special online program, supported by AI (specifically ChatGPT), can help overweight and obese female nurses improve their eating habits and body image. Many nurses face high-stress situations at work, which can lead to unhealthy eating patterns and emotional eating. The researchers want to see if this group-guided self-help program can make a positive difference in these behaviors for nurses who often struggle with these issues.
To participate, you need to be a woman nurse with a bachelor's degree, working in a healthcare setting, and have a Body Mass Index (BMI) greater than 24.9, indicating overweight or obesity. You should also be able to understand verbal instructions and have access to a smartphone or computer with a camera. Participants will join online group sessions and complete surveys before and after the program to help researchers understand its impact. This study is important because it could provide valuable support to nurses who are at risk of obesity and help them lead healthier lives.
