ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at two different types of materials used to fill gaps in the bone when a tooth is removed and an immediate dental implant is placed. Specifically, it compares xenogenic sticky grafts (made from animal tissue) to alloplastic sticky grafts (made from synthetic materials) to see which one works better in helping the bone heal around the implant. The goal is to find out if both types of grafts provide similar results in terms of bone recovery.
To be eligible for this trial, participants should be healthy adults between the ages of 20 and 50 who need to have a tooth extracted for reasons like severe decay or fractures. It’s important that they don’t have any active infections nearby and have good oral hygiene. If you decide to participate, you can expect to have your bone gap filled after your tooth is removed, and you’ll be monitored to see how well the graft material helps with healing. Overall, this study aims to improve dental implant procedures and outcomes for patients in need of tooth replacements.
